Role Summary


We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to drive the development of power architecture for advanced ground vehicle systems. This role is focused on designing robust, reliable electrical systems that perform in demanding environments, supporting mission-critical technologies such as communications, thermal imaging, lighting, and more.
This is a leadership role ideal for a hands-on engineer who excels at both technical design and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities


Lead and mentor a team of Electrical and Mechatronics Engineers
Design and develop electrical schematics and power distribution systems across multiple vehicle platforms
Define and implement scalable power architectures for complex systems
Select and validate key electrical components to meet global performance and durability standards
Oversee full lifecycle development including prototyping, integration, testing, and validation
Establish and enforce best practices for wire harness design, routing, and manufacturing processes
Ensure systems meet safety, quality, and performance expectations


Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, with at least 5 years in a hands-on engineering role
Strong proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar)
Deep understanding of low-voltage DC systems (12V / 24V)
Experience in vehicle-based electrical systems (automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, or related fields)
Proven leadership experience guiding technical teams
Highly analytical mindset with a strong focus on safety, precision, and quality
